MAJOR CIVIL LITIGATION Mr. McKay continues to serve as counsel in civil court cases, from the city
court level through the appellate courts. He represents individual citizens, primarily plaintiffs, in
various areas including serious injury and wrongful death, as well as insurance fraud and similar complex
litigation. Mr. McKay pledges to give your case his personal attention. As in most legal matters, a
person to person meeting is necessary to establish an attorney-client relationship, and a signed written
contract of employment is required.
